Our Journey
Makeda Consulting was founded with a vision to help purpose-driven organisations build stronger foundations for long-term success.
The journey began through years of working alongside community organisations, local government, and the not-for-profit sector, where we saw first-hand the challenges many organisations face in governance, strategic planning, funding, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable growth. We recognised that many organisations were making a significant impact but often lacked access to practical, high-quality consulting support.
Driven by a passion for creating stronger communities, Makeda was established to provide strategic advice that is practical, collaborative, and focused on real outcomes.
